WOODIFY´s commitment to the environment is firm and we strive to reflect this both in our products and in the processes used to obtain them, including the drying process.
We use biomass boilers, so all the fuel required for this process comes from the waste generated at our production plants (sawdust, shavings, firewood, etc.).
WOODIFY has a Custody Chain Control System for forestry products in accordance with the requirements of PEFC certification for activities conducted at forest product processing sites.
Sustainable Forest Management certification encompasses forest inventory, land planning, silviculture, use and the ecological, economic and social impacts of forestry activities.
Custody chain certification involves the assessment of the traceability of raw materials of forest origin, while their derivatives are evaluated through the different phases of the production process.
